Sunday Summary. Sunday Summary Week Four. Congratulations you have made it to the last week of The Love Challenge! Today completes week four of The Love Challenge. During the fourth week you have been challenged to speak your loved ones Love Language, to be Faithful, to build a team with Team Us, reminisce with Remember When We Met, to Bring Chivalry Back, and to complete a Mission Statement. Week four has been full of love challenges that have asked us to recover, recoup, and to rebuild.

Today I challenge you to review week four. Continue to practice the many ways that you can love your loved one, continue to enhance the love between the two of you, and rebuild the love as needed. How are you doing with The Love Challenge? What Day Challenges have challenged your love? What Day Challenges have encouraged you to grow?

This past week has been full of recovery, recoup, and encouragement to rebuild. This is the time to bring back the joy your relationship deserves, recover from anything that is not in-tune with your relationship, and rebuild. Rebuilding with your loved one does not have to mean something is broken. Rebuilding can also qualify as tearing down behaviors, thoughts and feelings that do not enhance the love in your relationship. Rebuilding is strengthening your foundation and establishing some new ways to express love . Now that we are recovering, recouping and rebuilding we are going to lay new brick to continue to build love upon. The upcoming Day Challenges will assist in that process. The first brick is your Mission Statement.

Remember the things in The Love Challenge that truly push you, continue practicing them and for the things that flow effortlessly do more of them! Thank you for being involved with The Love Challenge; you've come a long way! We are entering our last week of The Love Challenge. Self-improvement is good, relationship-improvement is great. As 2014 is coming to a close I pray that you receive improvement in your relationship. I pray that you are transforming to love great and to be loved greatly.
